Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
Plan, implement, and monitor operational processes to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
Manage and coordinate logistics, supply chain, and warehouse functions.

Coordinate with different departments to streamline processes and improve communication.
Implement and maintain inventory management systems.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence.
Address operational challenges and implement effective solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or warehousing.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in ERP systems, inventory management, and process optimization.
Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations.
