• Innovate and contribute to the creation of new sushi menu offerings.
• Uphold all food safety, hygiene, and health standards in the sushi kitchen.
• Track and evaluate kitchen performance and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with culinary and management teams on menu planning and execution.
• Mentor and support sushi kitchen team members through training and development.
• Stay informed on emerging trends and techniques in sushi cuisine.
• Lead efforts to optimize kitchen workflows and elevate food quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sushi preparation area.
