Collaborate with culinary and management teams on menu planning and execution. Mentor and support sushi kitchen team members through training and development. Stay informed on emerging trends and techniques in sushi cuisine. Lead efforts to optimize kitchen workflows and elevate food quality. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sushi preparation area.
