Key Responsibilities:

• Field Service Operations:
• Perform on-site servicing, maintenance, and support for lithium-ion batteries and chargers.
• Respond to service calls and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
• In-House Repairs and Testing:
• Conduct in-house diagnosis, repair, and testing of battery packs and chargers.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely repair and quality standards are met.
• Technical Understanding:
• Apply a basic to intermediate understanding of electronics and electrical systems in a practical setting.
• Handle tools and diagnostic equipment with accuracy and care.

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience or familiarity with lithium-ion battery technology is highly preferred
• Good communication and team coordination skills
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and follow standard procedures
