Who you are:

Experience:
5-7 years in ELV/CCTV Engineering (Not just monitoring).
Skills:
Strong grasp of IP Networking, VMS administration, and Server hardware.
Location:
Willing to work from our office in Port Blair (Relocation assistance provided).

Role :

Technical Expert

The Mission:

What you’ll actually do:

System Architecture:
Manage and configure high-end VMS platforms (Genetec/Milestone/HikCentral).
Network Backbone:
Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, manage bandwidth for 4K streams, and handle fiber splicing.
Incident Response:
Lead the technical side of incident management—moving beyond simple logs to root-cause analysis.
Hardware Ownership:
Perform deep-dive maintenance on NVRs, Access Control, and IP cameras in a coastal environment.
