Job Title: Consultant – Laparoscopic & Robotic Surgical Gastroenterologist Location: Hyderabad (Preferred) or Pan India Department: Surgical Gastroenterology Experience: Minimum 5 years post-specialization Position Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Surgical Gastroenterologist with a strong command in laparoscopic and robotic gastrointestinal surgeries . The ideal candidate will have a solid academic and clinical background, excellent surgical outcomes, and a patient-centric approach. This is an opportunity to work with a top-tier, multidisciplinary surgical team in a state-of-the-art, NABH and JCI-accredited hospital . Key Requirements: Minimum 5 years of independent surgical experience in Gastrointestinal Surgery Proven record of having performed: 1,000+ laparoscopic surgeries 100+ robotic surgeries Advanced skill in bariatric surgery will be a strong advantage Strong knowledge of surgical gastroenterology including oncology, hepatopancreatobiliary (HPB), and colorectal surgery Capable of independently handling complex surgical cases Excellent clinical judgment and surgical planning skills Must be well-presented, ethical, and confident in patient consultations and OR interactions Adept at working in a team and training junior surgeons/fellows Additional Expectations: Must be board-certified in Surgical Gastroenterology / GI Surgery (MCh/DNB or equivalent) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to collaborate with oncologists, hepatologists, and intensivists Willingness to participate in clinical audits, academic presentations, and hospital CMEs Show more Show less
