Surface Treatment Executive (R&D)

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Research and develop surface treatment processes (e.g.,

  TDC

  ,

  zinc flake

  ,

  manganese phosphating

  ,

  anodizing

  , etc.)
• Design and execute lab-scale and production-scale trials
• Analyze coating thickness, hardness, adhesion, corrosion resistance, and finish
• Ensure compliance with

  AMS

  ,

  ASTM

  ,

  MIL

  , and

  OEM

  specifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, QA, and engineering) to implement optimized processes
• Maintain detailed technical documentation and reports for internal R&D and customer approvals

✅ Qualifications:

• B.Tech / M.Tech in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, or Material Science
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in surface treatment or coating R&D (freshers with strong academic grounding may also apply)
• Familiarity with surface testing methods (salt spray, adhesion, thickness, microhardness, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving skills and process-oriented mindset
• Exposure to electroplating, conversion coatings, or thermal surface treatment will be an advantage
