Support Technician

As a skilled Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing advanced troubleshooting and support for Hyper-V and Azure Stack Hub issues that are escalated from Level 1 support. You will thoroughly analyze and resolve complex technical problems related to virtualization and Azure cloud infrastructure. Your expertise will be crucial in troubleshooting patch failures and performing remediation activities for Azure Stack updates. Additionally, you will be expected to make necessary system changes to resolve incidents or events caused by performance, capacity, or system health issues. In this role, you will play a key part in managing software updates and ensuring their timely application. You will also be tasked with tasks such as adding, updating, or removing Azure AD users, resource permissions, roles, and role permissions. Documenting solutions and updating knowledge base articles for future reference will be an integral part of your responsibilities. Collaboration is essential in this position, as you will work closely with the Level 3 support team to assist in the design and documentation of High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) for Hyper-V and Azure Stack Hub solutions. Furthermore, you will coordinate with Level 3 support for critical issues that require further escalation. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong knowledge of Hyper-V and Azure Stack Hub technologies. Experience with monitoring tools and incident management processes will be beneficial. Your problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities will be crucial in this position. Furthermore, having relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert is preferred.,
