Role Overview

We are looking for Support Team Executives to manage smooth communication between customers, delivery partners (riders), and restaurant/vendor partners on the MyRider platform.
This role is primarily office-based, focusing on coordinating orders, handling support calls, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless delivery experience for all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with restaurants, delivery partners, and customers.
  • Monitor ongoing orders and proactively coordinate between restaurants and riders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Address and resolve order-related issues, including delays, cancellations, or special requests.
  • Update order status and communication logs in internal systems in real time.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments promptly.
  • Maintain high-quality customer service standards and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Support team in preparing daily operation reports and delivery summaries.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).
  • 0–1 year of experience in customer support, operations, or communication roles.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to handle pressure situations.
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with order tracking systems.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends or evenings if required.
