Job Title Support-Supervisors or Shift Officer, Production Advanced Textiles Job Description In this role, you will be responsible for handling production activities independently, maintaining production records in SAP, and ensuring efficient shift planning to meet production targets. Your duties will include optimizing resource utilization, minimizing downtime, and managing manpower effectively. Additionally, you will focus on reducing product changeover time, machine cleaning time, and enhancing machine efficiency and output. You will also be accountable for material handling processes, ensuring timely product delivery, reducing waste, and managing raw material inventory effectively. Maintenance tasks, safety compliance, associate training, and process improvement initiatives will be part of your daily responsibilities. Principal Accountabilities - Team Oversight: Supervise and coordinate production team activities during assigned shifts. - Production Management: Monitor production schedules to meet targets while maintaining quality and efficiency. - Issue Resolution: Address operational challenges promptly to minimize downtime. - Compliance and Safety: Enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to industry standards. - Performance Monitoring: Evaluate team performance, provide feedback, and support staff development. - Reporting: Prepare detailed shift reports, including production data and incidents.
