Job Description

You will be working as a Support Industrial Relations HCGA at Welspun. Role Overview: You will be supporting the CASPC Team in Policy Research, coordinating meetings, follow-ups, strategic presentations, and document keeping. Your primary responsibility will be to implement employee relations policies, practices, and activities to ensure cordial working conditions at the plant level. You must ensure adherence to Labour Laws and statutory regulations, as well as court orders and judgments to build good ER/IR practices and support a high productivity/performance culture.
