ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:
Collect and validate project timesheets; prepare billing sheets and coordinate invoice approvals with clients.
Work with finance to ensure accurate invoice generation.
Forecast project revenue and update financials regularly.
Collaborate with client managers to assess new resource needs.
Create Statements of Work (SOW) using inputs from Project Managers.
Act as liaison to address team concerns and facilitate resolutions.
Maintain project documentation and prepare regular status and financial reports.
Drive PMO process improvements and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Finance, or related field.
5+ years in PMO or project management roles with experience in timesheet management, invoicing, forecasting, and SOW creation.
Very good experience in office tools word, excel and power point.
Should be able to consolidate very large data and create reports . Knowledge of excel formulas and Pivots is required
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency with project management and financial tools.
Knowledge of GenAI is good to have
