Support Experience Manager

As a Support Experience Manager at Rippling, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving global expansion through various support initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: - Joining the support team to improve end-to-end customer experience for diverse segments - Establishing yourself as a product expert and innovator within the organization - Providing actionable insights on quality through customer satisfaction metrics and feedback collection - Driving programs to enhance global customer experience, including mapping customer journeys, improving self-service capabilities, reducing resolution time, implementing training programs, and identifying areas for continuous improvement. To excel in this role, you will need: - 3+ years of program or project management experience - Background in customer support or customer experience - Proficiency in delivering high-quality customer interactions - Collaborative work style, innovative mindset, and strong work ethic - Ability to make informed decisions based on qualitative and quantitative data - Proficiency in Google Sheets, with a focus on data analysis - Track record of successfully delivering complex projects and collaborating with technical and non-technical teams - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills - Experience in developing processes, project management plans, and schedules - Willingness to work in a startup environment and drive programs independently - Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting data-driven proposals.
