About the role:
We're looking for an experienced IAM Support Engineer to join our Managed Services team. The role focuses on ForgeRock Access Management (AM) support,including incident handling, problem management, and change control, while ensuring high system performance and customer satisfaction.Job Responsibilities:Provide L3 support for ForgeRock AM, including incident, problem, and change managementTroubleshoot complex integration and performance issuesCoordinate with customer teams and act as the primary IAM contact onsiteHandle application onboarding, SSO integration, and workflow customizationPerform system upgrades, patches, and regular maintenanceGenerate reports and documentation on IAM operationsDevelop scripts, rules, and workflows for automationRequired Skills & Qualifications:4-6 years of IAM support experience with ForgeRock OpenAMHands-on experience in large-scale IAM environmentsGood understanding of Java, SQL, REST APIs, Active Directory/LDAPExposure to SailPoint IIQ (preferred)Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and customer handling experience
