Support Engineer

Role Overview: As a Support Engineer, your main responsibility will be to interact with customers to troubleshoot their issues. You are expected to provide prompt responses via email, phone, and Help Desk Ticketing System to address their queries. Additionally, you should be willing to volunteer for tasks and take on responsibilities for ensuring quick resolutions. It is important for you to be adaptable and flexible to various duties and responsibilities to effectively perform in this role.
