SUPPORT ENGINEER

Codelayer Technologies is looking for a proactive Technical Support Executive to join our team. If you have a strong understanding of computers and enjoy helping people solve problems, we would love to hear from you.

Location: Kinfra Park, Kazhakootam

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Communicate with customers via email, chat or phone to address queries and concerns.
• Provide technical assistance and guidance on product usage
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve product performance and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Strong computer knowledge
• Technical proficiency and trouble shooting skills
• Effective communication and customer service skills
