Support Delivery Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing day-to-day delivery operations across development, QA, UAT, and production environments. Your role will involve leading the release management process, including planning, coordination, validation, and deployment. Collaboration with DevOps engineers to enhance CI/CD pipelines, automation, and deployment efficiency will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, overseeing incident management to ensure timely resolution and communication of production issues, tracking SLAs and KPIs for delivery performance, uptime, and stability, and working closely with development, QA, and infrastructure teams for coordinated releases will be part of your daily tasks.
