Support Consultant- Plant and Machinery

Role Overview: As a Support Consultant for Machinery/Plant & Production, your main role will involve bridging the gap between site teams and ERP teams by mapping real maintenance and production workflows into the ERP system. You will be a domain expert in construction machinery, plant operations, and production. Key Responsibilities: - Map and optimize machinery & plant workflows in ERP. - Manage maintenance, servicing, fuel logs, and production tracking. - Integrate machinery, store, and accounting modules. - Conduct user training, UAT, and ERP go-live support. - Prepare SOPs, reports, and assist with system improvements. Qualifications Required: - 7-10 years of experience in machinery/plant/production/maintenance (construction or similar). - Knowledge of ERP/maintenance workflows. - Strong process mapping & communication skills. - Engineering background (Mechanical/Civil/Electrical/Production).
