Supply Chain / Warehouse Specialist

As a Warehouse Manager, your primary responsibilities include: - Receiving all incoming material and reconciling with purchase orders. - Timely completion of GRN & MRN for incoming materials. - Documenting & reporting discrepancies/damages and initiating necessary actions. - Ensuring timely submission of documents to Finance. - Properly labeling goods and maintaining the store. - Ensuring proper supply of material to customer B2B & B2C plans. - Ensuring on-time movement of return material to the right location in the Store. - Ensuring timely return of faulty items & Ok items from customers. - Updating all material (Direct/Indirect/FG) records consistently. - Maintaining 5S, FIFO (Bar coding system), and warranty life items in the warehouse. - Being able to understand and follow ABC analysis. Qualifications required for this role: - MBA/PG/Graduation. - SCM related certificates will be an added advantage. - 5-10 years of relevant experience in supply chain & warehouse management.
