Job Description

As a Material Management Executive in the company, your role involves receiving all incoming material and reconciling with purchase orders. You are responsible for the timely completion of GRN & MRN for incoming materials. Additionally, documenting & reporting discrepancies/damages and initiating necessary actions are essential tasks. Your duty also includes submitting documents to Finance promptly and ensuring proper labeling of goods while maintaining the store. Moreover, you will be supplying material to customers according to the B2B & B2C plan. It is crucial to ensure the on-time movement of return material to the correct location in the store and manage timely returns of faulty and OK items from customers. Keeping all material (Direct/Indirect/FG) records updated consistently, maintaining 5S, FIFO (Bar coding system), and warranty life items in the warehouse, and understanding and following ABC analysis are also part of your responsibilities. Qualifications required for this role: - MBA/PG/Graduation. - SCM related certificates will have an added advantage. - 5-10 years of relevant experience in supply chain & warehouse management.,
