As the Supply Chain Transformation & Data Head at L'Oral India, your role will be crucial in leading strategic transformation projects and building data foundations in Supply Chain. You will play a significant part in delivering on L'Oral"s ambitious 2030 agenda. With over 12 years of professional experience in FMCG, SC Consulting, or related industries, you will have the opportunity to define clear strategies for supply chain transformation, manage projects, analyze processes, integrate new technologies, and enhance data analysis. Your leadership will be essential in driving change management initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and developing business cases for supply chain transformations. Key Responsibilities: - Define a clear strategy for supply chain transformation aligned with Supply Chain Vision and Business objectives. - Lead and manage projects related to supply chain transformation, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget. - Analyze existing supply chain processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend/implement improvements. - Drive the adoption of new technologies and platforms to enhance supply chain operations. - Use data and analytics to improve forecasting, inventory management, and other critical supply chain processes. - Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes/technologies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation. - Communicate transformation plans and progress to key stakeholders. - Develop and present business cases for supply chain transformations. - Assess Industry solutions, tools, and solutions, and manage vendor relationships. - Ensure accuracy of Master Data, maintain hygiene, and manage team resources effectively.
