As a Supply Chain Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing planning, procurement, distribution, and aftermarket service supply chain operations. Your primary goal will be to assist clients in realizing significant returns on investment, ensuring that they receive $5 for every $1 spent on the services provided. Joining the Supply Chain Planning Team, your role will involve overseeing end-to-end supply planning and execution. You will play a key part in implementing systems that support the demand and supply planning process, equipping planners with automated tools to access and analyze data captured throughout the supply chain effectively. In this position, you will be expected to analyze and solve moderately complex problems, potentially creating new solutions by leveraging existing methods and procedures. It is essential to have a clear understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management in alignment with team goals. Your primary interactions will be with your direct supervisor, and you may also be responsible for managing small teams or work efforts. Your responsibilities will include communicating with customers and customer service, managing supply chain networks, inventory, and stockholding policies. You will work towards optimizing inventory service levels, safety stock, and inventory levels, validating planning lead-times, resolving supply issues, handling planned orders, and executing distribution orders. Additionally, you will ensure constraint availability, manage transactional/master data, analyze demand, approve automation policies, monitor and resolve supply exceptions, and share forecasts with suppliers. This role may require you to work in rotational shifts. The qualifications for this position include a degree in any field and a minimum of 7 to 11 years of relevant experience in supply and demand planning.,
