Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Supply Chain Technical Lead to join our team at Capgemini Technology Services India Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Services & Consulting, with expertise in supply chain management and technical leadership.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize logistics, procurement, and inventory management processes.
Analyze data and metrics to identify areas of improvement and recommend process enhancements.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members on supply chain management best practices.
Participate in project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure successful outcomes.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with supply chain operations.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in the IT Services & Consulting industry.
Strong understanding of technical leadership principles and practices.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
Experience with supply chain management software and tools.
Strong knowledge of logistics, procurement, and inventory management principles.
