Supply Chain Specialist

As a Senior Executive in Industrial Supply Chain (Industrial Paints/Chemicals) based in Mumbai, your role will involve overseeing supply chain operations for the industrial coatings, paints & chemicals, or petrochemicals division. Your experience in raw material sourcing, paint/chemical industry logistics, production planning, and ERP-driven supply chain management will be crucial for success in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage supply chain operations for industrial paints/Chemicals, including procurement, forecasting, production planning, and inventory control. - Coordinate with R&D, production, and sales teams to ensure timely availability of pigments, resins, additives, solvents, and packaging materials. - Develop accurate demand and supply plans to support manufacturing efficiency. - Monitor lead times, delivery schedules, and inventory accuracy. - Ensure compliance with paint industry standards and hazardous material regulations. - Utilize SAP or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for planning, purchasing, and reporting. - Track KPIs including OTIF, procurement cost optimization, and inventory turnover. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 5-7 years of relevant supply chain experience within industrial paints, coatings, or related chemical sectors. - Expertise with SAP or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. - MSc or MBA degree is mandatory.
