Supply Chain Quality Manager

Role Overview: As a Supplier Quality & Contract Manager at Airbus India Private Limited, you will be responsible for acting as an interface with suppliers for operational activities. Your main tasks will include assessing suppliers during the tendering phase, managing supply chain & quality aspects of contracts, ensuring on-time and on-quality performance, and monitoring supplier performance improvement projects. You will also be required to work on short-term recovery plans and report on supplier operational performance. Key Responsibilities: - Assess suppliers during the tendering phase and contribute to the selection decision. - Manage/contribute to supply chain & quality aspects of the contract being responsible for on-time, on-quality performance. - Manage supplier quality approval and ensure suppliers are compliant with required certifications. - Monitor or support new product introduction, ToW, changes to ensure industrial qualification maturity. - Assess supplier capacity, capability & performance and contribute to supplier development. - Identify supplier industrial risks and propose mitigation actions. - Initiate and manage supplier performance improvement projects. - Report on supplier operational performance. Qualifications Required: - Professional experience in supplier management. - Awareness of compliance risks and commitment to act with integrity. - Knowledge of tools associated with supplier management.
