Supply Chain Quality Manager

As a member of the SCQM job family at Airbus India Private Limited, you will be responsible for acting as the interface with suppliers for operational activities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assessing suppliers during the tendering phase and contributing to the selection decision. - Managing/contributing to supply chain & quality aspects of the contract, ensuring On-time, On-quality (and On-cost when applicable) performance. - Managing supplier quality approval to ensure compliance with required certifications in coordination with relevant stakeholders. - Monitoring or supporting new product introduction, ToW, changes to ensure industrial qualification maturity before the serial phase. - Assessing the supplier capacity, capability & performance and contributing to supplier development. - Identifying supplier industrial risks and proposing mitigation actions. - Working out short-term recovery plans. - Initiating and managing supplier performance improvement projects. - Reporting on supplier operational performance. You will be expected to apply the current associated tools to manage all activities related to supplier management effectively.
