Supply Chain Performance Manager

As a Supply Chain and Logistics Manager at Signify, your role will involve optimizing the supply chain and logistics operations at the Region level. Your primary focus will be on meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. By staying updated on industry best practices and emerging trends, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of supply chain and logistics processes. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain and logistics operations at the Region level - Facilitate goal-setting sessions to align with organizational objectives - Monitor and track performance metrics related to inventory management, order fulfillment, transportation, and warehouse operations - Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in supply chain and logistics - Set targets and guide operational teams through strategic planning, annual operating plan, and forecast exercises - Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements and cost savings - Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and drive change across the organization - Develop and deliver training programs on supply chain and logistics performance metrics for employees at all levels - Manage the performance team effectively Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field - Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain and logistics management, with a focus on performance metrics - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proven track record in developing and implementing strategies for optimizing supply chain and logistics operations - Experience in managing a team of supply chain and logistics professionals - Proficiency in supply chain and logistics performance metrics and KPIs - Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations for process improvements and cost savings - Strong project management skills,
