What would you do? The order entry team places orders on behalf of sellers basis the details shared in the Service Request (SR) so that the sellers get the products they need to service their customers. The Order Entry agents need to be mindful of selecting the right products as per SR to avoid shipping and billing of wrong products that was not requested. Includes Distributed Order Management for both on-line and physical network management.
