Understanding of end-to-end Ecommerce Operations & Logistics for a DTC brand
Knowledge and experience working for/with ecommerce Logistics aggregators and 3PLs
Experience of Supply Chain planning and distribution
Should have good understanding of inventory planning and distribution
Hands on and deep experience in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Work experience with data analysis tools like Power Pivot, R, Tableau etc. would be a huge Plus.
3-5 years of work experience with e-commerce Logistics aggregators or 3PLs
Analysis of various different TATs across modes, lanes etc. across
Day-to-day performance monitoring and follow-ups to ensure superior Operational performance and high delivery NPS
Coordination with Logistics aggregators, 3PLs for order TATs, performance management, API enhancement, bugs etc.
Coordination with warehouse and Category teams to ensure distribution of stock as per customer buying patterns
Coordination with CS team and 3PLs to flag various customer issues like customer VOCs (fraud, damages etc.), fraud investigation
