SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER

Role Overview: As a Graduate with an additional degree in supply chain management, specifically in the FMCG sector, preferably in the Tea Packet industry, you will be responsible for overseeing the general administration of Tea packaging factories in Kolkata. Your primary role will involve supervision, negotiation, and agreement preparation with contractors and landlords. Additionally, you will monitor the implementation of minimum wages, ensure timely packing and dispatch of monthly Tea indents, and oversee stock management, infrastructure checks, and stock reconciliation. It will be your duty to ensure compliance with packing and statutory declarations as per food safety & standards Act and Metrology Act, including any relevant amendments. Key Responsibilities: - General administration of the Tea packaging factories - Supervision and negotiation with contractors - Preparation of agreements with contractors and landlords - Monitoring the implication and application of minimum wages - Ensuring timely packing and dispatch of Tea indents - Stock management including packing materials and finished products - Infrastructure checks of all factories - Stock reconciliation on a periodical basis - Compliance with packing and statutory declarations as per relevant Acts and Rules Qualifications Required: - Graduate with additional degree in supply chain management - Experience in FMCG sector, preferably in Tea Packet industry - Age between 40 to 50 years Note: The job is Full-time, Permanent and the work location will be in person at Kolkata.,
