Supply Chain Management Executive

Job Description

Role & responsibilities The Supply Chain Management Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of supply chain operations, including vendor bill submission, shipment documentation, and order tracking. This role requires timely coordination wit h internal and external stakeholders, ERP management, and maintaining records to support efficient logistics and financial planning. Key Responsibilities: Vendor & Accounts Coordination: Ensure timely submission of vendor bills to the accounts department in ERP. Submit accurals for payment planning within stipulated deadlines. Accurately book vendor invoices in ERP, ensuring proper documentation from quotation to purchase order and Goods Receipt Note (GRN). Shipping & Documentation: Prepare and share shipping documents (pre and post) for chips with Custom House Agents (CHA) and customers . Create and maintain sample documents with all necessary requirements and tracking reports. Prepare Certificates of Origin (COO) for powder shipments . Maintain records of all export shipments in soft copy for easy reference and compliance. Order & Shipment Tracking: Update orders of chips in the ERP system. Maintain a shipment tracking report , ensuring real-time updates and proactive issue resolution. Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries . Requirements & Conditions: Perform tasks based on specific business requirements and timelines. Ensure all supply chain activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements . Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate smooth operations.
