Description
Role & responsibilities Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs. Customize Salesforce applications to meet specific business requirements, including the creation of custom objects, workflows, and validation rules. Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using tools such as MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, or ETL tools. Perform data migration and data cleansing tasks to ensure accurate and efficient data management. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications, integrations, and interfaces. Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices. Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they effectively use Salesforce functionality.• Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database scripts to support business operations and reporting. Ensure the integrity, security, and performance of databases through proper indexing, optimization, and routine maintenance tasks. Troubleshoot and resolve database performance issues, bottlenecks, and other related problems. Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. Manage and maintain database environments, ensuring high availability, backup, and recovery procedures. Design and maintain data models and schemas in relational databases. Create and maintain data integration pipelines and ensure proper data flow between systems. Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security policies. Monitor database health, performance, and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Collaborate with developers to implement database-driven applications and support application integrations. Document database processes, procedures, and changes to ensure effective knowledge transfer. Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations based on business requirements. Gather, cleanse, and transform data from multiple sources to build robust data models for reporting purposes. Create custom measures and calculated columns using DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) to enhance report functionality and performance. Design and optimize data models to ensure high-performance reporting and analysis. Integrate Power BI with various data sources, including SQL Server, Oracle, Excel, SharePoint, and other third-party applications. Monitor and maintain the performance of Power BI reports and dashboards, optimizing query performance and data load processes. Implement security and access control for sensitive data within Power BI workspaces. Develop and deploy automated workflows for report distribution and scheduling. Stay up-to-date with Power BI updates, new features, and best practices.
