Supply Chain Management Executive

Responsibilities:

• Source and procure medical supplies, equipment, and materials required by various departments within the hospital.
• Coordinate with vendors to negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory levels, and supplier information.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
• Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess procurement needs and optimize purchasing processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Proven 2+ yrs of experience in procurement, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build effective relationships with suppliers.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and inventory management software.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in procurement.
