We Invite SCM professional to join us on an exciting quest for excellence at L&T Energy Hydrocarbon. Details of the position:

Position: SCM
Location: Dahej, Gujarat
Experience - 5 to 15 years of SCM Buyer experience in EPC Oil and gas industry
Qualification - BE/B.Tech (Mechanical/Civil)

Job Responsibility

Category Buyers will be responsible for execution of the Category Strategies for respective category / sub-category through completing purchasing process and ensuring contract closures with accurate documentation.
Ensure comprehensiveness of MR / MTO / SR Follow and execute the category strategy for the sourcing of items and develop RFQs.
Record and provide support to address supplier grievances.
Recommend relevant, category / sub-category specific supplier development activities to Lead Buyers.
Prepare Commercial Bid Evaluation (CBE), Note for Approval (NFA), Procurement Change Note (PCN) and other commercial documents.
Timely placement of purchase orders / work orders / amendments as per project schedule and ensure release to suppliers.
Provide Pre-Bid support to Estimation.
Identify best source of estimation for bids (historical data v/s new offers). Identify likely trends and risks up to the delivery period.
Ensure comprehensiveness of MR / MTO / SR.
Prepare and issue RFQ to Vendors.
Prepare commercial bid evaluation, Techno commercial comparison between Pre-Bid, Post Bid and previous projects.
Timely documentation and record keeping post completion of RFX processes to facilitate audits.
