Job Description

SHIFT TIMINGS:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting:

Calculate the safety stock for all the materials in Americas region.
Create customer order bank for the next 2 quarters.
Create inventory reduction opportunity file.
Identify slow-moving materials with no demand in the US.
Creating a summary of the special reserve file with exclusion list.
Create scorecard for the metrics like STR, Inventory, past due, etc.

Scrap Process:
Identifying PFO scrap materials, basic analysis, getting approvals, transacting out in SAP while working with distribution centers & product managers.
Inventory Optimization:
Collaborate with stakeholders to execute inventory reduction actions.
Projects:
Collaborate with stakeholders to execute continuous improvement projects.
Accuracy & Timeliness:
Maintain high-quality standards and on-time delivery of tasks.
Ad hoc Requests:
Assist with manual ad-hoc actions.
SWI Adherence:
Ensure adherence to Standard Work Instructions during task execution.

EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE

Bachelors or masters (preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields).

REQUIREMENTS

Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Strong desire to learn and grow in a corporate supply chain environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent in data analysis and reporting.
Positive attitude, proactive, eagerness to contribute, and take on new challenges.
Flexible to work in different time zones (primarily Americas).
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Basic SAP MM knowledge is an added advantage.
