Job Description

What Youll Do Manage Inventory : Keep track of stock levels to ensure they are within controlled limits, especially focusing on high-aging inventory. Coordinate with Teams : Work with logistics vendors and the sales team to understand and address gaps in enabling FIFO (First In, First Out) deployment of stock received. Monitor Shipments : Understand dispatch reports and track the status of shipments until they reach the logistics network, updating teams accordingly.(JobsHuntIndia) Create Reports : Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory status, including root cause analysis for stocks that exceed prescribed thresholds.(JobsHuntIndia) Handle Escalations : Address and resolve sales-related issues concerning stock status.(JobsHuntIndia) Support Operations : Assist the team with operational tasks such as follow-ups and collateral movement. Ensure Accuracy : Create and update inventory, dispatch, production, and invoicing reports, ensuring accuracy and validity of information. Who Can Apply Education : Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data analysis tools and ERP systems is a plus. Abilities : Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights. Communication : Effective verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
