As a Manager in the Intelligent Supply Chain Operations Fulfilment capability at Capgemini, you will have the opportunity to shape your career path and contribute to significant business outcomes for clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Bringing your 10+ years of proven experience in Order Management and Logistics end-to-end processes to lead supply chain fulfilment projects. - Collaborating with senior leadership to develop and deliver end-to-end fulfilment solutions for clients across various industries. - Overseeing the implementation of order management and logistics systems within the ISCOs fulfilment capability. - Driving the adoption of new technologies and platforms to enhance fulfilment operations, such as advanced automation and analytics solutions. - Mentoring and developing team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Additionally, you will be responsible for: - Being accountable for all project deliverables, including documentation of process challenges, potential improvements, and benefits. - Participating in or leading projects for external clients and internal Capgemini Business Services engagements. - Applying process improvement methodologies like Lean Six Sigma and DGEM Benchmarking for continuous improvement and transformation. - Conducting Quality Assurance on deliverables developed by junior team members. - Analyzing data and information to develop improvement recommendations.
