Job Description

Job Title:

Role & Responsibilities

Ensure
POD (Proof of Delivery) tracking
for every invoice and timely upload in Oracle.
Coordinate with
transporters
for bills, accounting, and verification processes.
Manage and maintain the
Standard Email ID
for forwarding all POs to respective spokes across channels.
Ensure smooth flow of supply chain operations by monitoring documentation and invoice records.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for effective execution of logistics and supply chain activities.
Provide regular updates and reports to the Supply Chain Manager.

Requirements

Graduate/Postgraduate in
Supply Chain / Logistics / Commerce / Business Administration
or equivalent.
1-3 years of experience in
supply chain, logistics, or operations
(FMCG experience preferred).
Knowledge of
Oracle ERP system
will be an added advantage.
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure timely execution of tasks.
