Supply Chain Executive

As a Supply Chain and Vendor Management Specialist at our company, your role will involve overseeing procurement, stock maintenance, inventory movement, and vendor negotiations. You will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, ensuring timely deliveries, optimizing supply chain operations, and negotiating contracts for cost-effective sourcing. The ideal candidate for this position should possess strong analytical skills, negotiation abilities, and experience in supply chain operations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors based on company requirements. - Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency. - Maintain strong relationships with vendors and resolve any disputes or issues. - Source high-quality materials and supplies at competitive prices. - Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels to prevent overstocking or shortages. - Oversee inventory movement, including incoming shipments and internal transfers. - Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting of inventory levels. - Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to streamline inventory processes. - Implement strategies to reduce stock wastage and improve inventory turnover. - Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs. - Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, warehouse, finance) to ensure seamless operations. - Track shipments, ensure timely deliveries, and manage logistics challenges. - Generate reports on procurement, vendor performance, stock levels, and cost savings. **Qualifications & Skills:** - Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field. - Experience: 1-2 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or vendor management. - Strong negotiation and contract management skills. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in supply chain management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and Excel. - Knowledge of procurement regulations and industry best practices. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
