Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Supplier Risk Analyst to join our team at WTW Global Delivery and Solutions India Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk analysis and management, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Conduct thorough risk assessments of suppliers to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
Develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies to minimize supplier risks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Monitor and report on supplier performance, identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.
Analyze data and trends to inform supplier risk management decisions and optimize business outcomes.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging threats to ensure the organization remains ahead of potential risks.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of risk analysis and management principles, including industry regulations and standards.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with experience working with large datasets.
Ability to think critically and make sound judgments under pressure, with a focus on attention to detail.
Strong knowledge of supply chain operations and management, including procurement and logistics processes.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
