Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes for supplier components.
  • Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
  • Utilize quality tools and methodologies to analyze and enhance supplier performance.
  • Monitor and report on supplier quality metrics and trends.
  • Work closely with engineering teams on engine components and assembly quality assurance.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience Required:

  • 5 - 12 years of experience in managing supplier quality in a manufacturing setup, particularly with engine components and assemblies.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement supplier corrective actions and drive process improvements across the supply chain.
  • Proven success in conducting audits and working collaboratively with suppliers to meet quality standards.
