1.To develop vendors to meet the global quality standards
2. Review the vendor reports on a timely basis (RM purchase and in-process reports)
3. Develop QAP against the drawing inputs to meet the design specifications
4.Inspect and clear the day to day produced components against the QAP/Drawing/ITP/WI/SOP
5. Review the manufacturing process and improve the quality at process itself to meet the
requirements
6. Review the special process i.e welding, painting and ensure the process adherence
7. Ensure the parts are packed as per recommended packing SOP and PO requirements
8. Ensure the parts are lashed properly with vehicle to avoid the transit damages
9. Review the customer complaints and implement the permanent action on time
10. Expediate the production process and update the job completion report to HO ( SCM Jon
a timely basis
11. Ensure the special process capability and train them to adhere the quality requirements
12. Willing to travel within the city max 50km in a day with his own two-wheeler
13. Willing to travel other cities as on when required
14. Need to train the welders as & when required / In a frequent basis
15. Daily process status to update to SCM & QA team
16. Knowledge in drawing study and GD&T
