Job Description

Role Overview: As a Supplier Master, Senior Analyst at Trimble in Chennai, India, your primary responsibility will be to execute accurate and timely data management related to supplier/vendor setup, update, and maintenance. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure consistent and accurate supplier/vendor data across enterprise platforms. Additionally, you will provide excellent customer service for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with SOX regulations and regional tax requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Support a centralized intake process for all supplier/vendor setup, update, and maintenance activities - Collaborate with buyers, procurement, supplier/vendors, and business systems teams to ensure data consistency - Research and resolve vendor inquiries regarding supplier/vendor data - Provide excellent customer service while maintaining SOX compliance and obtaining regional tax forms - Clear suspended transactions and maintain an updated active supplier/vendors list - Stay updated on supplier/vendor management trends for process optimization - Support implementation and continuous improvement of supplier/vendor data management and reporting - Perform ad-hoc projects to achieve department/company goals Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of experience in supplier/vendor data management, preferably in Oracle/NetSuite ERP environments - Bachelors/masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred - Proficiency in data entry and management - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Salesforce, and Google Docs - Good written and oral communication skills - Flexibility to work in shifts (EU, and US/AME hours),
