As a Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring that daily raw materialrequirements are consistently met.

Duties

• Supervise staff and manage daily operations
• Train and mentor team members in production, packing, dispatch and safety protocols.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the manufacturing environment.
• Handle inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
• Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven supervising experience in a manufacturing industry is essential.
• Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
