Supervisor Service Delivery

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor team members to achieve operational targets
  • Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and ensure service quality standards are met
  • Handle agent training, onboarding, and performance reviews
  • Support program reporting, analytics, and client communications
  • Drive process improvements and manage escalations

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Public Health, Clinical Science, Health Economics, or equivalent)
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in

    US healthcare reimbursement / patient access / healthcare contact centers

  • Prior supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Ability to manage performance, coach teams, and deliver results under deadlines
