We are currently seeking a Supervisor Transformation, Enterprise Data Analytics & AI to join our team in Hyderabad. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Transformation I Enterprise Data Analytics & AI, you will take on a pivotal role in overseeing the transition and change management initiatives at the McDonalds Capability Center (MCC). Your responsibilities will revolve around workforce transition, communication strategies, learning programs, and organizational design efforts. By collaborating with various teams, you will be instrumental in executing strategies that align with the center's operational and strategic objectives. Your role will involve active participation in the Organization activation process for the EDAA organization, ensuring the timely and successful implementation of organizational goals through reporting, tracking, and follow-up efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Efficiently track and report key waves in the Org activation process related to hiring, employee development, knowledge transfer (KT), and stabilization of the EDAA organization. - Coordinate organizational change initiatives by developing communication plans, organizing learning activities, and implementing organizational design strategies to support transformation objectives. - Facilitate transparent communication with employees regarding transition-related changes to foster engagement and a culture of openness. - Collaborate with stakeholders on organizational design activities to drive knowledge transformation and continuous improvement initiatives. - Contribute to the development of dashboards and analysis reports for leadership updates, ensuring the identification and mitigation of risks. - Engage with cross-functional teams to integrate people strategies and facilitate a smooth transition process for all employees. Qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Analysis & Reporting and transition management. - Professional certifications in Project Management (e.g., PROSCI, PMP, SHRM) are highly desirable. - Proficient in reporting data, data visualization, and proficient in MS Office tools. - Knowledgeable in areas such as organizational design, change management, global talent acquisition, and knowledge transfer/onboarding. - Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to drive change and provide support during transitions. - Analytical skills to assess readiness, identify gaps, and recommend continuous improvement initiatives. - Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
