Reporting & Documentation: Maintaining operational logs, shift reports, attendance records, and productivity data for internal review and audits will be part of your duties. Keeping accurate records is crucial for tracking performance and identifying areas for improvement. Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborating with logistics, customer service, and finance teams to ensure smooth workflow and efficient communication is essential for the overall success of the operations. Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate for this role should have 2+ years of supervisory experience in operations, logistics, courier, or e-commerce environments. Proven team management and conflict-resolution skills are required, along with hands-on experience with tracking systems, Excel, and communication platforms.
