Supervisor

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise and support Partners and Stakeholders in daily operations and partner (ZED Referral Partners and ZED Facilitators) interactions.
• Act as the key point of communication for partner issues, complaints, and service gaps, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with partners through regular communication and follow-ups.
• Monitor feedback, satisfaction scores, and service quality metrics; initiate corrective actions where required.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, service-level agreements (SLAs), and compliance standards.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Operations, HR, Finance, Compliance, and Tech teams) to resolve stakeholder-related matters.
• Conduct partner (ZR & ZF) onboarding support, process orientation, and refresher sessions as needed.
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports, dashboards, and documentation related to partner performance and experience.
• Identify improvement opportunities in partner journeys and recommend process enhancements.
• Support audits, assessments, and reviews related to stakeholder engagement and experience.
• Manage internal team of 7 to 10 members.
• Travel PAN India to meet existing partners, attract new partners and create supporting ecosystem.
• Adhere to the RSJ code of conduct and enforce partners' adherence on the same.
