About the Role:

Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise production activities to meet daily targets and maintain efficiency.
Oversee packing operations ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
Coordinate loading and unloading of materials and finished goods.
Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
Train and guide team members for optimal performance.
Maintain documentation related to production and dispatch.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:
Diploma / Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Production/Mechanical/Chemical).
Experience:
2–5 years in production supervision; experience in packing and material handling preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of safety standards and quality control.
Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Salary:

As per industry standards.
