We are seeking a skilled and motivated Poultry Nutritionist with a strong background in animal nutrition to join our team. The role involves developing and implementing nutrition strategies to improve poultry health and productivity while ensuring sustainable practices. This position will cover operations in the North and East regions of India, requiring expertise in poultry feed formulation, quality control, and customer interaction. Key Responsibilities:1. Nutrition Strategy and Formulation:Develop and optimize poultry feed formulas tailored to regional and environmental conditions.Ensure formulations meet the nutritional needs of poultry across different growth stages.Monitor ingredient quality and ensure adherence to nutritional standards.2. Field Support and Advisory:Provide technical support to farmers, feed manufacturers, and sales teams.Analyze field data and offer solutions to improve flock performance.Conduct on-site visits to assess feed-related issues and recommend improvements.3. Research and Development:Stay updated with advancements in poultry nutrition, feed additives, and sustainable practices.Collaborate with Research and Developemnet, Quality teams to test and implement innovative nutrition strategies.4. Training and Knowledge Sharing:Conduct training sessions for farmers, distributors, and internal teams.Prepare technical documents, presentations, and reports for stakeholders.5. Regional Support:Address unique nutritional challenges specific to the North and East regions, including climate and ingredient availability.Build and maintain relationships with local feed suppliers and stakeholders. Qualifications and Skills:Educational Qualification: Master of Veterinary Science (M.V.Sc) in Animal Nutrition + MBA will be an advantageExperience: Minimum 3 to 4 years in poultry nutrition or a related role.In-depth knowledge of poultry physiology, nutritional requirements, and feed formulation.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data interpretation.Proficiency in feed formulation software is preferred.Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages (advantageous).Willingness to travel extensively within the North and East regions.
